Shipping Policy
Shipping is automatically calculated if you use our on-line shop.

If there is a problem with your items arrival we are happy to help you locate it or organise a replacement if item can not be located by the Courier . If you have concerns over delayed delivery we can be contacted at hello@daysofclay.com or daysofclaystudio@gmail.com

If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition (damaged and affecting its contents) please contact us immediately with photos so we can make any claims necessary, and we will happily organize replacement if necessary.
Return & Exchange Policy
Days of Clay do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons,
but please send us an email if you have concerns.
We'll be happy to assist you.
